Job Plan Templates




The Job Plan Templates drop down will bring the user to a Job Plan Template view page. To create a new job plan templates, click on the "ADD NEW JOB PLAN TEMPLATE" button. This will bring the user to a Manage Job Plan Templates view page. The user will enter a name for this template and click on the "CREATE" button. This will bring the user to another view page. From this page the user can add attachments(must be PDFs) and also add questions that they want for this job plan template.

This page works just like if you were to add a job plan to a machine. Now the user can use this job plan template on an a machine. If the user creates a new machine or goes to an existing machine, the user can scroll down to the Job Plans section and click on the "ADD NEW JOB PLAN" button.

 

 



From this page the user can select a job plan template that was just created and use it on this machine. The user can fill out the remaining information and then press the "CREATE" button. This will bring you to the Edit Job Plan view page. This page information can be found under the machines link. The user can change the job plan schedule, add attachments, and add questions to this job plan. The job plan templates that the user created and applied to this machine will automatically bring in the attachments and questions to this job plan. The user can still add more attachments and questions to the job plan. If the user were to update or modify the job plan template, any machine job plan that use that job plan template will automatically be updated as well.
